Then: Schedule a Placement Exam

  • Choose from two dates

    • Thursday, December 10th, 2026, 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM

    • Monday, December 14th, 2026, 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM

    • Location: 2310 SE 148th Ave., Portland, OR 97233

  • Register online after October 1, 2026

  • Take the Chesterton Placement Test

    • Bring a pencil, eraser, sharpener, snack, and water bottle

    • Do not bring a calculator or other technology

    • No need to study!

Next: Submit Application Documents — Due January 22, 2027

  • Student Questionnaire

    • Print, hand write, and upload

  • Teacher Letter of Recommendation

  • Pastor Letter of Recommendation

  • Student Records

    • Print Parent Request for Student Records and submit to school

    • School sends requested records, including transcripts from last academic year + 1st semester of current year, directly to admissions@chestertonfrassati.org

Finally: Family Interview — February 2027

  • Schedule family interview

    • The Chesterton Frassati Admissions Team will reach out to schedule a family interview in February 2027

Upon Decision: Decision Letter — Sent March 3, 2027

  • Look for acceptance via mail and email

    • Upon review by Chesterton Academy staff, students will receive a decision letter by March 3, 2027.

Upon Acceptance: Enrollment — Due April 5, 2027

  • Submit enrollment paperwork and fees

    • Log in to our admissions portal and complete enrollment paperwork

    • Pay the non-refundable $500 fee, to be applied towards tuition for 2027-2028

    • Set up your tuition payment plan
