Create Account and Register for Placement Exam - December 1 or 15, 2025

All students are required to take a placement exam as part of the application and enrollment process. The CLT8 (Classical Learning Test 8) is used as a diagnostic tool to ensure students are placed in the appropriate section of math and to help identify areas of academic strengths and opportunities for growth. There is no need to study or prepare for this exam.

Option 1: Date: Monday, December 1, 2025 Time: 3 PM to 6 PM

Option 2: Date: Monday, December 15, 2025 Time: 3 PM to 6 PM

How to Register: You must create an account in the TADS admissions portal and submit the admissions application. The application fee is $50 and will reserve your student’s seat for the placement test. The school office will reach out to confirm your desired test date. Any documents asked to be uploaded will be due on Jan 30, 2026.

What do Bring: Pencil, eraser, sharpener, snack and water bottle (for the 10 minute break). No calculator is needed.

Application Documents & Financial Aid Application - Due January 30, 2026

Application documents include the following:

  • Student Questionnaire (Handwritten) 

  • Teacher Recommendation letter 

  • Pastor Recommendation letter  

  • Transcripts (last academic year + 1st semester of current year) 

Financial Aid Application Instructions

Family Interview - February to March

Each prospective student and their parents will be invited to campus for a family interview. The purpose of this interview is to ensure both the family and the school are a good fit for each other.

Decision Letter - Sent March 6, 2026

Upon review by Chesterton Academy staff, students will be receive a decision letter by March 7, 2025.

Enrollment - Due March 20, 2026

Upon acceptance, an enrollment form will be sent. The enrollment fee is $500, non-refundable, and will be applied towards tuition. Upon enrollment, a tuition agreement will be sent in which parents will have the option to set up a payment plan.
